Sympathy

You may remember that Gary Hundley, staff member of WLBF and a dear friend of Butch McPherson, has been on our prayer list many times in the last few months. Gary’s battle with cancer ended this morning. Please remember Gary’s wife, Hope, and other members of his family during this time of mourning.

Salvation Army

Please remember the Discovery Class will be the bell ringers for the Salvation Army post at Sam’s Warehouse on November 28. We will pass out the schedule on Sunday as a reminder of your time.

Dot Pyron, Class Treasurer, reported that the officers recommended the following projects for mission support. The class voted to approve these recommendations.

Meals on Wheels – Frazer sponsored route - $200

Adullam House – A Christian home that cares for children of incarcerated men and women. The children are from birth to 15 years. $300

Life-Tech – A transition/training center for women being paroled from prison. Christian worship services are held weekly along with life-training skills. The contribution is designated for bibles, tennis shoes, and sweat shirts. Personal involvement is encouraged. $300

We are so thankful for our many blessings this Thanksgiving season and pray you have a safe travel week. God Bless You. We look forward to seeing you on Sunday.

Nick & Suze –

You will be in all of our prayers as you travel to meet your son, Sam.
